I get blank looks from people when I say that the Democrats could EASILY win the so-called "moral issues" battle if they would simply advertise itself as the party that refuses to take bribes.

"But where would the money to campaign come from?" Dean's fundraising showed that it can be done.

This is an issue that WOULD resonate with voters all over the U.S. Maybe I'm just speaking a different language.

1. That would not sway bush voters
Bush voters do not care about the real world.
They vote on the republican hot key issues and this is not one
of those.

2. The idea is to get some of the 45% that don't vote
Many of whom do so because they perceive no differences between the parties.

3. That is a major reason why I am a Green. I don't want to play by
the GOP rules, I want to rewrite them so that they are fair to everyone.

4. No, I think you are on the right track
But the other item that needs to be addressed is that the party that takes the MOST money from corporations calls US the party of special interests.
