You are an important part of the "free press". The corporate press believes in polls. They believe that since 50%plus voted for Bush, then he has legitimacy from the people. Period. They do not feel they themselves should criticize too much for fear of being branded "un-American" or unpatriotic. They are impotent.

It is up to you to criticize and to tell the truth about this regime as you see it. That is your duty and resposnibility.

2. Every Citizen must be steward

to the aspirations of the Founders of this Country. The Bill of Rights and Constitution are written in simple enough language that most people can "get the idea" of what this Country is supposed to be. What you were taught in grade school, in your first lesson about "checks and balances" sets it out for you.
