Nominating judges and AG

If Gonzales is to be confirmed, I'd rather he be for AG than for Supreme Court. At least the first will last only four years.

I also don't have problem with Rehnquist stepping out. Any replacement will be of the same persuasion so there won't be any net gain - or loss.
