Was David Gregory getting testy with Tweety tonight?
I thought so. Gregory (NBC White House correspondent), insisting on having his line of thought heard, interrupted Tweety's chatter several times. Tweety finally STFU and Gregory made his well-thought point.

Tweety is totally assholic and dildonic whenever he gets around GOP pageantry. He was this way during Reagan's funeral, the GOP convention, the 11/2 GOP "win", and now -- much worse -- at the coronation. I switched off the TV and and turned on Air America.

:puke:

7. David Gregory's point was not indelible in my mind.
It was the skirmish that interested me.

10. Gregory's point...
....and Howard Fineman's too, was that Bush's "vision" of planting democracy in the Middle East is more a response to 9-11 than it is a drive to out-do Father Bush. Tweety was saying that W. is brushing aside all the old relationships between his father and Middle Eastern potentates so he can do better. Gregory disdained that theory, saying that W. is driven by 9-11. Fineman said that he could see W. as a true child of the 1960s, trying to bring peace everywhere.

It was kind of odd.

11. Fineman is a fool...bringing peace, What a piece of crap. We were
brought a message of death and destruction today. This is a war president and he told the world that he will kill or colonialize them and all those christians and ceo's are clapping.

Fineman is a fool.

2. You would think that MSNBC would buy him an electronic device that
would lower his voice several octaves.... they would prolly have more viewers if they did.

3. Tweety, has a thing for guys pants...and if he's desperate...gal's pants..

He seems to be so unfulfilled sexually he will go at it with anyone...as long as they are in politics. I don't understand why he hasn't hooked up with Reagan Speechwriter, Peggy Noonan. She, it seems to me, would fulfill all his fantasies and dreams of the perfect "underpants."

He really never gives up on his "orgasims" over Repugs...and his love for the Bushies is kinda sick, imho... But then, he has NO RATINGS...so maybe it's the "GE/CEO" he's REALLY AFTER! :D: The NEW CEO, Immuelt and not Jack Welch. Tweety recently bought a house next to Welch on Nantucket...so I guess he isn't into hitting him up...Just Jeff..the new one.

6. Two words that I learned from an old-guard politico in the mid-60s.
They are not in Websters, but everybody knows what they mean.

8. whatever it means...it fits Tweety....good grief..how much more pitiful
Edited on Thu Jan-20-05 08:47 PM by KoKo01
can that guy be? Selling himself to GE while pretending to be a Dem...trotting out the old "I worked for Tip O'Neil" crap everytime he needs to verify himself. How long will "Tweety" be able to ride on O'Neil's coatails and his 2-year,"Peace Corps" stint way back in the '60's to give him credibility.

Most Americans don't remember "Tip" or even know that there's still a "Peace Corps" (gutted as it is) and the identification the "Tweet" uses to try to tie himself to President Kennedy by using that analogy.

Even using the "Clairol" Tweet is gonna get "stale" with the young folks he courts if he doesn't give up his "Dorian Grey" act, soon. YUCK...he get's worse and worse...GET THE HOOK...TIME FOR THIS HACK ACTOR TO GET OFF THE STAGE! :puke:

9. Did you see Tweety's sycophantic "interview" with the CEO of GE on 1/19?
It was too much. It was like a PR video for the shareholders meeting. It was both assholic and dildonic, in creepy-creepy ways.

12. Sounds like something he'd do.
:-(...it's amazing he has even a few viewers but MSNBC keeps pumping him to anchor every event. They must have more money invested in him than Armstrong Williams got from the Dept. of Education...

Actually his new vacation home in Nantucket (that was posted about here) was probably part of his payback...who knows what else...a new Jag, Rolls...kids entry into Harvard....sheesh...
