WASHINGTON, Jan. 20 /U.S. Newswire/ -- House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-Texas) today said the inauguration of President George W. Bush marks a continued era of strengthening America's security, prosperity, and families, as the president was sworn in to a historic second term.

"In the last four years, President Bush has successfully fought the War on Terror, strengthened the national economy, and protected America's families. The next four years will not be easy, but with the leadership of President Bush and the Republican Congress, we will work toward four more years of success," DeLay said.
