Bring Back "That's My Bush" on Comedy Central |
|
I really wish that the TV show That's My Bush would come back on Comedy Central. I am pretty sure that it wasn't cancelled due to low rating but because of 9/11. http://www.comedycentral.com/tv_shows/tmb/

It made hime look merely like a loveable idiot. Plus, it was painfully unfunny.

the show was cancelled because of the high production costs relative to the viewership. IIRC, it debuted in April and only showed 8 episodes, so I think it had already been cancelled by 9/11.

7. I'm curious as to what you liked about the show? |
|
As others have stated here, personally I didn't care for it. But that doesn't mean you aren't entitled to like it. :)
I think it was done by the creators of South Park (Matt Parker and Trey Stone). Which makes me more suspect of them and their politics regarding the right...as shrub definitely WAS portrayed as more of a loveable goof. I get that it was a sitcom and thus needed to have 'comedic' and light situations per say.

8. What I liked about the show? |

Actually I didn't watch it much. I wasn't into politics then since I was just graduating high school. But I would think that anything that gets the message out that Bu$h is an idiot helps. Even if he is protrayed as a lovable idiot, people would still know he is an idiot. Then maybe people wouldn't want to have a drink with him.

9. That show was Rove approved. It promoted the "lovable Forest Gump" |

The approval btw was actual and literal - I was not speaking in images. It's a fact. . No need for that con now. Karl told Tweety that W is the most intellectually gifted preznit we ever had.
