4. Whew... I was scared coming in that Ramsey Clark
(while one of the most fantastic names I've ever heard - gotta kid named Ramzey) would be winning.

5. He's A Very Bright Man Just Misguided...
He has a binary view of America and the world with America being the black hats and the rest of the world being the white hats...

I prefer a more nuanced approach....

Sorry... America is not this malevolent juggernaut running roughshod over an alturuistic world....

Nation-states are like people, good and bad, with attributes and foibles...

6. Ramsey Clark formed his opinions nearly 40 years ago in his office
Wes Clark formed his opinions on the battle field in Europe inthe last decade. I respect Ramsey Clark, but the last time he was a serious political figure was in 1967 during the Johnson administration.

9. Wes Thinks Bush Is Bad For America
Ramsey thinks America is bad for the world and therein lies all the difference...

7. He has descended into utter madness.
He basically takes up every position against the United States that he can whether it has any merit or not.

10. I'd be nervous around anyone who couldn't find virtue --
-- in either Wesley Clark or Ramsey Clark.

I mean, Hells bells, I even like PETULA CLARK.

11. You Could Probably Find Virtue In The Most Diabolical Figure...
I'm not saying either gentleman is diabolical but that's not a good endorsement of either one...

For instance I can find virtue in Bush*... He never beat his wife or kids...

15. You raise a spooky point for me because --
-- I think most of my neighbors WOULD find both gentlemen diabolical.

At the very least they are both public servants, where I think Bush is only nominally a public servant. I think Bush serves his rich donors and doesn't give two hoots for anybody else.

----
I was in 8th grade when "Don't Sleepin the Subway" was released. Petula Clark is a public servant, too! : )

13. Lol
This poll will prove that there's more Nixon type republicans here than there are "real" democrats.
