Boxer referred to something in the Constitution...?
can someone direct me to that...?

I'm looking for what she had printed on that huge poster that contained something about the constitution...does anyone know where I can find that...?

during her speech on the floor she pointed to a poster which had an amendment to the constitution about Presidential appointements...

4. an amendment on appointments?
I'm not sure that there has been such an amendment... there has been an amendment limiting presidential terms... Perhaps she was proposing an amendment?

5. this page to the DAR and their manual for citizenship has links to the
constitution, the ammendments, the bill of rights and all you want to know about the USA, our constitution, etc.

6. There's the "advice and consent"
clause of the Constitution regarding Presidential appointees to cabinet positions - that might be what she was pointing at. There are no amendments regarding cabinet nominations.
