2. Thanks for the link. My senators were 1 yea, 1 nay
I am disappointed there are only 13 senators with guts.

4. New York's "Democratic" Senators strike again.
Do they ever NOT vote to enable Bush?

5. Not a single Republican Nay!
That's party unity and a prime example of what's wrong with the Democrats. Oh and our new Senate leader, "Yea!" Some real leadership there.

You applaud that? Looks like most of the Democrats are part of the cult to me.

8. Yes, Kerry just increased his chances of being the candidate again in 08.
I still hope he isn't it, but he's definitely in the running now. Clinton is O-U-T.

10. NAW SHE'S NOT...dontcha know this is the face of the...
"New Democrats," brought to you by the DLC. Their shining star, Sen. Blanche Lincoln of Arkansas, the DLC poster girl for "how to win," also voted yea.

Now doesn't it just make you feel all warm and comfy inside, knowing your party has a plan to win by moving farther to the right? Bush Lite never won for us last time, so therefore it is obvious we must move to gorund even cozier to the Republican end of things, the DLC plan says.

If you should be a member of the Democratic wing of the Democratic Party, look forward to the right kind of words spoken by the Obamas of the world at around election time. Then, fleeced of your campaign contributions and your vote, those types will revert to form.

Welcome friends, to the New Democratic Party! Now let's all line up behind Martin Frost for chairman!

11. Well, I should have said as far as I'm concerned she's out.
I won't vote for her. I'll vote Green instead. I've played the game of hide and hope one too many times. NO MORE. I will not sacrifice principle and reason for pie in the sky spin.

12. My prediction from yesterday came close except for
Reed, Lautenberg and Jeffords. I guessed only 10 would have the guts,
but 3 more found the courage. Send the rest of them to see the wizard
of oz to find some courage.

13. 2 Republicans
Were the 2 Republicans that did not vote present or can I hope they refused to give Rice approval?
