Where is OUR Independent Council? Name cases for investigation.

I'm not really familiar with how this works but there sure seems like plenty of lying under oath going on, among so many other illegal actions. What does it take to get some of this stuff an Independent Council or some other form of investigation?

Case #1: Gonzalas's lies about Bush's DWI Jury Duty

And waiting for some kind of karmic justice is too agonizingly slow a process for me.

If so, I'm sure they have a plan to get out of that as well, but I kind of wish I hadn't started this thread. It's very discouraging.
