Is anyone minding the store?
It seems to me that Bush is doing a lot of ad libbin' and free wheelin' lately. No one seems to be giving him guidance. Everyone is on vacation, it seems? The last time this happened was around 9/11. I hope this observation does not bear resemblance.

Look, the doofus has survived two elections,
a quagmire in Iraq etc.,lie after lie and a large opposition
movement behind Kerry...nothing seems to call
this guy to rights.
