Non-stop Iraq election propaganda on FOX and others...
I just saw a report on FOX that 80% of Shiites were expected to vote and 50% of the Sunnis. But, how they divide their votes up will say a lot about how many factions divide that war-torn country. No one will expect them to unite behind one agenda or one person after the election, like we do in America. (tongue in cheek) How many Iraqis watch FOX propaganda? I think I read that FOX does have a station in Iraq??

2. Perhaps the majority that willl vote Sunday will be anti-American..
Just because they vote does not mean they are pro-Bush. There is so much spin going on now - and will continue after the election - that everyone will be dizzy.

5. Right
I don't care if they are anti- or pro- Bush, I just want them to vote and get that going for themselves so our troops can come home*, and they can get busy running their country.

*before they go back over there to Iran

6. There will be no anti American vote. The count has already been done
The election is a sham. Bush can't stand to lose so no matter what happens the outcome will be what is best for the mis administration.

Bush needs to get the American people back on the side of war and more war. This is a bogus election believe me.

3. Since one in ten Iraqis living overseas have registered
and they don't have to risk death to get to their polling places, how could it possibly be higher in Iraq?

http://www.ctv.ca/servlet/ArticleNews/story/CTVNews/1106405700914_17?hub=World
As of Thursday, fewer than one in 10 of the estimated 1.2 million eligible Iraqis living abroad in 14 countries had registered.

4. That's utter bullshit! Afghanistan had 70-75% turnout and it was Ft. Knox
compared to Iraq.

7. Do you think they're setting us up ??
But you would not suggest that they might "stuff" the ballot boxes to make it look like more people voted than actually voted...? No, they would not do that. Would they?

8. I think there will be
a good turnout. I hope it goes well, the Iraqi people deserve it. I grew up in El Salvador and our country's attempt at democracy started alot like Iraq's. We'll always have terrorism but our lives are greatly improved.

10. If there is a good turnout, what does it mean?
Everybody wants to have their say in the new government? Does that mean they will be able to work together? Probably the chances would be better if Americans were not there "maintaining order" ?
