1. Other than the saintly portrait of Wes Clark, looking like Thomas More
is there any text to this?

Clark looks like he is about to take Communion.

5. The halo on Clark's head makes him look radioactive
I am not much into saintly portraits, there is no such thing as saints.

Who knows? I wish the original poster would elaborate...

10. I think it's the "OOoOOoOOooo, shiny things!" phenomenon.
Edited on Wed Jan-21-04 08:57 AM by Cuban_Liberal
You know, like a parakeet does with something dangly and shiny? Or like certain Democrats, with brass general's stars? :P

15. It's one of the differences with Dean...
Clark has been consistntly depicted as a "Savior" by many of his supporters. It's kind of disgusting. Also, I have always found disgusting the "sheep" metaphor often used in the gospel when talking about Jesus and his followers...

Yep, in a year, that's Clark, waiting in the wing to present his first address. Lovely.

Thanks, underpants. "-)
