The C Train in NYC, the Metrolink in Glendale
Apologies if this has been discussed before but... here we had two individuals who seriously damaged trains, killing in one case - what is the Patriot Act good for if something like that can happen so easily?

3. As far as I can tell, it's about top-down control
not security.
