And, as he notes, it remains to be seen what the outcome for Iraq will be...

What will a Shia government look like? Will there be minority rights assured for the Sunni, the Christians? What will the Kurd "state" look like in the Iraqi framework? Will expat groups control the country, if possible?

(aside: Who, now, gets the billions of dollars we've allocated to Iraq? ooop, never mind.)
