Every now and again, once every other year or so, the President will get a small, barely audible, 1 second groan from the opposition for something he says during the SOTU.

I wish there were "Question Time" style heckling, laughter, and shouts. Honestly, when the formal governing bodies loose their capacity for real debate, there isn't much left.
