Economy updates thanks to AAR
I'm listening to AAR's news report and the lady is talking now about jobs and saying fewer jobs have been created, but lower unemployment figures (I guess all those people who's time has run out). The jobless rate dropped 5.2% last month! Only 146 thousand jobs were added to the January payroll by the labor department. It's higher then October and highering will pick up they claim and an increase race. Manufactoring employment took the biggest hit by declining 25,000 jobs.

1. That 146,000 will be revised down to 132,000 next week.
Just saying. This always happens. If the economy is very strong they usually underestimate the jobs created.

for example

mediocre economy
150,000 estimated
136,000 actual

strong Economy
170,000 estimated
190,000 actual

2. Could it be holiday sales jobs that caused the increase?
Thinking that employment will accelerate after December is like thinking returns on pumpkin investment will continue into November.

3. 1 + 1 = 3 A Bushevik 2005 report is as trustworthy as a 1978 Soviet report
How swiftly we have fallen and become the exact opposite of what were were when America was free.
