And what does it matter? Anyway... Unless Dean finishes 1st or second in NH, I think he's toast. He was #1 on my list, but The "I Have a Scream" (clever headline, I WILL say) was a real turn-off for me. Probably would have been OK in the cloistered surroundings of his campaign HQ with NO media around. To do that where you KNEW cameras were rolling was just...not smart.
I'm liking John Edwards, more and more.
I remain... still ABB. Even Holy Joe.

3. I just can't get too upset about |

the 'scream'.
Big f'ing deal. Dean was emotional. He'd just had his butt whipped and his supporters were in shock. He tried to pump 'em up. And if he had only done so in the confines of his HQ then how would the thousands of supporters be cheered up?
I'm reminded of a campaign speech Ted Kennedy made sometime in the 90's when he just kind of trailed off into incoherent enthusiam. Flush Slimeball had a field day with it for weeks. It didn't affect Kennedy's prospects.
Yet, it might really damage him, but only because the mighty Wurlitzer keeps pummeling him with it. I certainly don't think less of him for it.

At least...The good Governor doesn't have an "act".
If you like "acts", Dean isn't the one for you.
