Lakoff and the DNC
I just heard on AAR that George Lakoff is working directly with the democratic party. I'd seen that he was working with DFA. Now, it's official that he's consulting with the DNC.

About damned time, and who to put the message over better than Howard Dean? :bounce:

1. It's a start!
I think Lakoff had the major premise (re:framing) right, but I disagree with some of his conclusions/counter-framing techniques. At any rate, if the party leadership at least begins to understand the problem then it's agood start.

2. Good but...
I want him teaching concepts about framing, not coming up with the frames himself. He is better at explaining "how to frame" something than he is at generating good frames.

Dean is doing EVERYTHING he should! Even I am impressed, and I didn't think the guy could impress me any more than he had.

4. Maybe we could just make Frank Luntz a "better offer"?
