Media whore alert Frederica Whitfield repeating "I have a scream" meme |
|
CNN is ALSO repeating the polls which show Kerry with a huge lead while ignoring the zogby and other polls which show him resurging.
It is clear tha Kerry is CNN's guy in NH.
They also slammed Clark and said he is tanking.
I just am FURIOUS that Frederica Whitfield would use the expression "I have a Scream Speech" to attack Dean.
CNN bites and Witfield is their whore. She needs to use some objectivity.

1. Selective memory? The press virtually anointed Dean "winner" in past days |
|
So they were honest then and dishonest now? Yes, of course.

First CNN built up Dean, then they tore him down. Then the built up Clark, then they started tearing him down. If they're building up Kerry, and the pattern holds true, it's only a matter of time.
The objective? Bring each candidate to the public's attention, then slaughter them one by one until no Democrat looks credible to the independant or republican voter. Also, by pretending to promote a candidate, they can create great shock value (and credibility) when they "reform".

9. Of couse they're going to try and tear Kerry down |
|
But I am awfully sick of people saying "the media wants Kerry/Clark/Edwards/Dean/whoever" from supporters of another candidate, since when the winds shift in their favor they always say "yay! the press got it right!" It's pretty ridiculous.

4. No they didn't. They called him "unelectable" over and over. |
|
"Dean" and "unelectable" were together in every single sentence.

13. and the "angry man" meme over and over. YES they asked Can he be stopped |
|
But they gave him terribly negative coverage as shown by a recenrt media analysis and study of the coverage,
I do NOT believe, though, that the build up to tear down is not possible.
The MEDIA wants BUSH Plain and simple, They will take Bush lite if they have to.

5. no, as Dean had said, not a single vote had been cast... |
|
...they were dishonest media whores then, and dishonest media whores now...
if they DON'T go after "candidate x", then something is SERIOUSLY WRONG with "candidate x"...because they sure as hell don't go after Bush, why would they refrain going after "candidate x"...

the media adored Dean until he said to Chris Matthews that he'd break up Fox, TimeWarner etc if he was elected. It's been all downhill since then. I'm just paranoid, right?

And while I can't say they adored him before that, they were certainly interested in his grassroots support.
But it's no coincidence at all that they tried to rip into him after that.

7. Look at the Zogby 3-day average |
|
It shows Kerry growing his lead bya point. I would also remind you, that the Friday before Iowa, Kerry polled lower than the other 3 and then popped back up the next night. These one day samples have huge margins of error. Zogby was also way off in Iowa. He had the race close between all 4 with Kerry only narrowly ahead of Dean with Edwards in third. oops. Check out ARG poll: http://americanresearchgroup.com/nhpoll/demtrack/or Gallup: http://www.usatoday.com/news/polls/tables/live/2004-01-21-nh-poll.htmor Boston Globe: http://www.boston.com/news/nation/articles/2004/01/24/as_kerry_lead_grows_contenders_strategize/or LA Times: http://www.latimes.com/news/politics/2004/la-na-poll24jan24,1,7862059.story?coll=la-home-headlines

8. The polls you just gave... |
|
USA Today has Dean with upwards movement, while clark is going down. The numbers are pretty close to Zogby's.

11. I detest Fredricka Whitfield |
|
and have done so ever since the 2000 campaign. When MSNBC was doing its little voter issue spots from around the country, she referred to central Kansas as "the middle of nowhere" when reporting from there. Every time I see her I throw something at the TV. The elitist b****.
