The country is SICK of the BFEE . Jeb would lose no matter who we ran (except maybe Hillary).

12. Actually, Jeb is the Only Candidate That Scares Me
The family name worked wonders for his brother, and now the effect is double. Jeb is a lot more articulate than GW. And we constantly see the huge gulf in perception between DU and the rest of the country.

Plus the only good Republican candidate seems to be McCain, who probably won't run and who probably wouldn't win the primaries.

There are several good Democratic candidates. One thing that gives me hope is that they're all better campaigners than the likely Republicans.

18. kick! The companion article
http://www.cnn.com/2005/POLITICS/05/31/bush.plug/index.html
about "Shrub The Smarter" and his wife Barbara "Bearish" Bush is very interesting, revealing and portends badly for us all. But didn't we know all along they were trying to build a nasty family dynasty! Here is a fascinating excerpt from near the end of the article, when the Bushies are asked if they liked Bill Clinton:

"I just enjoy being with the guy. And he is very considerate of me. I'm, you know, old enough to be his dad," Bush added.

Barbara Bush was less enthusiastic.

"You heard what Bill Clinton said?" the former first lady asked. "When -- when I jokingly referred to him as 'son,' and he said, a good Democrat friend of his said, 'Those Bushes will do anything to get another president in the family.'"

Gotta love Bill's sense of humor!

So maybe it's time for Michael to step in.
