Court ruling violates medical privacy

In March we told you about anti-choice Indiana Attorney General Steve Carter's shocking efforts to seize the medical records of minors who received birth control and related health care services at Planned Parenthood health centers in Indiana.

Yesterday the Marion County Superior Court rejected Planned Parenthood of Indiana's (PPI) request to block Carter's efforts.

In response to this dangerous ruling, Planned Parenthood immediately went to court to request a stay to hold off Carter's attempts to get his hands on the personal, private medical records of PPI's patients.
