Tweety is desperate - he is talking about Big Dog and Monica...again.
He must be on orders from the Board of Directors at GE to get the attention away from Amnesty International, Deep Throat, the war, the economy, healthcare, social security, them lying dogs in the WH.

The world is waiting with bated breath to hear some guy regurgitate the Clinton scandal...again. Let's not talk about the failures of every repug administration since Lincoln, we need a blue dress story - quick! :sarcasm:

They are talking about a new book on Clinton but this is what they choose to use air time today? With all that is going on? Wouldn't this be a better subject for Book Notes on C-Span?

Geesh, Tweety is just astounding.

2. It's the default mode....acck acck Blue dress, consentual sex...acck oval
office, humidor...acck acck. When steam and smoke comes out of his ears...maybe we can be lucky enough to watch his head explode. Truth has to come out, seeing that they are desparate like this to keep stirring the Clenis shit, is really telling.

3. Did you see him yesterday?
He had a lady democratic strategist and a male republican strategist on to discuss politics of the day, and he wouldn't let the lady dem talk at all, and didn't even stop the repub from interrupting her every second and never letting her speak.

I hate him. It was the first time I watched his show in a long time, and I was only reminded of why I stopped watching in the first place.

11. We fell asleep with the television on, softly.
But I was awakened with a start in the wee hours of the morning with that asshat badgering the Dem strategist.

The volume hadn't gone up, but the rat-a-tat-tat of his bullying that poor woman, never giving her one chance to answer, managed to penetrate my consciousness.

What a jerk. He sure likes the sound of his own voice.

But I don't like to be awakened to it, so I'll be more careful about the television in the future.

10. I realize that but with eight years of Clinton's administration
you would think there were a few more things more important that that old $h*t. Tweety ONLY wanted to talk about Monica. Come on, Tweety lead that discussion and that exactly where Tweety wanted to go. Pandering, repug smear mongrel. I hate Tweety.

I saw an earlier interview with the author of the new book (forgot the title) where they discussed a whole range of subjects of the Big Dog's administration without once dredging up that old dirt.

6. Truly amazing is the fact that there is no basis, as far as I can find,
for any of these regular pundits and the same bothersome round after nauseating round of guests, again the same dreary crew. I can't, for the life of me, come up with any justification for any of these dull trolls to be held up as some sort of paragons of thoughtful advice or comment.
Phaugh!!

7. I've given up on him. He did the Clinton angle last night, too.
Edited on Wed Jun-01-05 07:06 PM by Atman
When Jodie Bacchus and the fundie guy were on, he (the fundie) actually brought up Clinton as his defense of Bush's lying. He actually claimed that history will recognize the entire Clinton adminstration as just a hotbed of liars, and Clinton was the most lying, dishonest president ever. It was astonishing. Bacchus literally just laughed out loud and looked at the guy with her jaw hanging open. Tweety egged him on. It was disgusting...as you say, there is soooo much going on, it is just nuts that we're they're still talkig about Clinton's pecker.

13. This is from TVNewser:
The top MSNBC show was Countdown with Keith Olbermann, followed by Hardball, Imus and Scarborough. Analyze the numbrers for yourself:

Sometimes Hardball comes in last.

14. LOL! "Longest blow job in history" -problem w/the story in the first place
Most of the American public didn't really care about the Clenis, and felt it was inappropriate that Clinton was impeached over consensual sex. Only the most priggish/freakish Rethugs got upset over it, IIRC. I always thought it was a voyeurism thing...

15. Well - the "President of the World" comment was at least a little better
...Tweety said something to the effect of.. "If Clinton and Bush were running for President of the World, Clinton would beat Bush 80% to Bush's 20%"

Although.. I think it would be more like 96% / 4%

The guy who wrote the new book about Clinton and Tweetie both agreed that

.."Yeah, sure.. if it was the whole world voting..." :silly:

Nixon.

The entire impeachment against Clinton was to balance out the impeachment-threat and resignation of Nixon.

Now that we're all talking about the crimes of Nixon, we have to balance it off.

Callers were on que this morning on C-Span...lying about a sex affair was worse than what Nixon did. I heard it with my own ears.

GE and all their NBCs are right on the spot with the talking points.

If George is ever impeached, the next Dem better be very careful.

Anyway, some repukes spilled the reason behind their war on Clinton. They got the background for the talking points mixed up with the actual talking points.

18. Must...Obey...Karl... Must...Say.. Whatever...Karl...Wants.. Us...to...Say

People are starting to notice that there isn't any news in the news anymore.

The TV news execs know their ratings are plummeting and they are trying to figure out why.
There has been a lot of surveying lately to find out how many of us
have simply stopped watching network TV news.
They are trying to correlate TV news watching with such things as age,
sex, income, political party, and even how much we exercise.
Harris has been piggybacking these questions on ALL of their surveys,
regardless of their primary subject matter, and I have been polled on
this by several other organizations as well. Somebody really wants
to know what has happened to the news audience, and how to get them back into the fold.

19. The orders come from the Heritage Foundation. When you hear several
talking heads parroting the same TPs in a matter of days or even hours, look no further than the HF's handy e-mail alerts for "journalists"--and they CONVENIENTLY do the fact-checking for you.

I've heard several blowheads talking Clinton and what's her name in the past few days.

I wish I were joking, but alas--no.

he has these brain hiccups and he loses control over his mouth.

Gotta take the attention off the important stuff---stuff that actually affects our lives like the economy, Social Security, Iraq and the environment.

The clenis lives on!

would go on and on about semen stained dresses, Juanita, penthouse pet Paula Jones,Clinton is liar, nada ,nada , until their pig jowls fall off. An obsession with Clinton shows how shallow and petty they are and some of the fence sitting people might get a little smarter, cross my fingers.
