Sanctions Against 4 Attys Fighting Election Fraud in Ohio Dismissed!
An email I just received: :bounce:

Dear Donor:

Greetings from Columbus, Ohio, better known as Election Fraud Central!

We at the Free Press received a generous donation from you earlier in the year to help us fight the motion for sanctions against the four attorneys who challenged the results of Ohio's 2004 presidential election.

We are pleased to report that the motion for sanctions was dismissed on May 19. Chief Justice Moyer rejected the motion despite Ohio Secretary of State J. Kenneth Blackwell's efforts to punish those who would challenge his corrupt ways.

The money we raised from election reform activists across the country paid for the legal work including entering into the public record for the first time 900 pages of new evidence, such as expert witness depositions and voter testimony and sworn affidavits from all over the state.

In the meantime, the Free Press has published a 767-page volume entitled "Did George W. Bush Steal America's 2004 Election? Essential Documents" which will serve as the complete record of the irregularities and fraud in Ohio including documents, the Moss. v. Bush lawsuit and the Conyers report. The book sells for $25 (plus $4 shipping) and can be purchased online at: http://www.freepress.org/store.php by paypal, or by sending a check to: CICJ Books, 1240 Bryden Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43205.

If you happen to live in southern California, Bob Fitrakis, Free Press Editor and one of the four election challenge attorneys, will be on a book tour from June 15-19 in Santa Barbara, Ventura, Topanga, San Diego and Los Angeles. See http://www.freepress.org/dispatches/2005/display/191 for the complete tour schedule and details.

The Free Press is committed to continuing to investigate and expose the election irregularities and fraud in Ohio. We have subleased office space along with CASE-Ohio (Citizens Alliance for Secure Elections) from the Alliance for Democracy so we can progress with our work.

On behalf of the four attorneys, Bob Fitrakis, Cliff Arnebeck, Susan Truitt and Peter Peckarsky, we want to thank you once again for coming through when we needed support.

We will not get over it; we shall overcome.

Sincerely,
The Free Press

4. Holy hot damn. You just gotta smile.
Filibuster, Bolton, DeLay, Downing Street minutes, impeachment, voter fraud, Social Security, hell, what on earth am I forgetting?

You think that Rove/Chimp/Cheney et al have gotten the idea that not only is their "political capital" spent they are way overdrawn?

This makes for a nice set up to the weekend.

6. Glad to hear it!
Those attorneys have done incredible work. Even when the stakes were down, they were thinking of the big picture-uncovering election fraud-by making sure 900 pages of evidence is forever secured in public records.

Way to go!:toast:
