Video - CNN Confirms That They Won't Stop Bashing Dean
Edited on Mon Jun-06-05 03:35 PM by Mark Williams
On today's 'Inside Politics' Candy Crowley confirmed that CNN "will not easily let go" of the Dean misquote story. I have posted the video below for those who want to witness the SCLM in action.

1. Crowley is evil. Sorry her attention is firmly on Dean, now.
Edited on Mon Jun-06-05 03:33 PM by blm
As a longtime Kerry supporter I know what she is capable of. She has a benign, simple style that somewhat hides the malignancy of her proBush/antiDem reporting. That's exactly what makes her more dangerous than most.

2. She was a huge enemy of Dean's as she covered him during
the primaries. I can't stand to watch her. I saw her say that, and had to hang up.

I think they are afraid he will run for President, irregardless of what he has said.

than do any real journalism on Bush's crimes.

I got so mad at Candy Crowley when she put the Democratic candidates on playing cards like the Iraq 'most wanted' deck. What is her problem? What about *'s misquotes?

Remember the bogus story she told after the election about Kerry ordering green tea in some little town. She intentionally twisted it to make him sound like an elitist, out-of-touch jerk.

20. They must be really bored for political news...
This is just sad. Talk about taking the attention away from Bush and trying to relive their rating boom that they got with the Dean scream.

I'ld suggest that everyone not write to them and just ignore them as this is a non-issue and needs to be treated as a non-issue.

up to the Bush administration and "not easily let go" of the Downing Street Memo, in vivid contrast.

CNN and Crowley are truly sorry excuses for journalists. HRC asked today where are the investigative journalists today? Well, they sure as hell are not at CNN.

Hanging on to Dean's misspeak, particularly after Dean clarified what he meant to say on Blitzer's show on Friday, tells us all we need to know where Crowley wil be heading on her political show on CNN--up Dubya's behind.

CNN is truly disgustiing and without shame!

resurrect him this time(unintentionally of course) since the people will really get a chance to hear and see for themselves who he really is. The tide is turning folks, slowly but it is turning.

33. CNN? Who watches that anymore....
Can't stand any of their so called journalists. Wolf Blitzer is mister monotone, which is good for a parrot I guess, the rest are all bought and paid for.

I'll take democracy now, DU, Mike Malloy, Randi Rhodes, and internet sources anyday of the week.

Dean is not dead, the MSM is dead.

Go Dean, kicking ass and taking names!!!!!

Taking back our country will not be easy, it will be a long struggle, and we need more people like Dean who will get out there and rally the people.

and tell them you won't pay for any package that includes CNN. That's what I did with my satelite company... I really thought I would miss The Comedy Show and CSPAN but with the help of dembloggers.com, crooksandliars.com and cspan.org I haven't missed my basic package at all. There were some entertainment channels I used to watch, too, but it turns out doing without them isn't much of a hardship, either.

And I still get free speech tv.

35. Candy "Meat Mountain" Crowley is a worthless GOP go-to girl
During the 2000 elections she authored some of the most gushing, blatantly partisan reports on Dubya. She was literally in love with Dubya, and bragged that he gave her the nickname of "Dulce."

:puke:

This piece of shit of a reporter almost cried on national TV when the 2000 election was first called for Gore. Never forget that.

39. MSNBC ATTACKS DEAN AGAIN--LET' RESPOND ASAP!!
:bounce:

LET'S RESPOND ASAP!!at: Letters@msnbc.com

If MSNBC would get as interested in the Downing Street Memo as it is interested in attacking Dean we would be getting somewhere:

Here is the link to the story:

http://msnbc.msn.com/id/8122027/

And here are the actual facts posted here on DU Archives(2 Jun 05) posted by stampy52:

___________________________________________________________________

A quick look at actual FEC reports shows that Dean has raised more money in an off year than any DNC Chair in history.
First Quarter of 2005 - $16.7 million
Q1/2004 - $28.7 million
Q1/2003 - $8.7 million
Q1/2002 - $11.8

And Dean is on pace to break the midyear fundraising of $23.7 in the first six months of 2001.
