They have a colder climate and are jealous of our warmer weather. On second thought maybe Canada will annex the United States so they can get their man or send us some Mounties.

I would be in favor of sending them Bush, my understanding is he is only allowed to visit Canada (due to felony arrests) by diplomatic agreement. Any Canadians out there willing to grant Bush amnesty if we send him in exile?
