"UP OR DOWN VOTE" one more time I am going to throw up. I actually counted Frist's last ranting and stopped counting at 30 for the times he used the phrase.

On his tombstone he needs to have this phrase carved: "Rest in Peace, God must of finally had his up or down vote."

6. This may help....

everytime i hear the phrase it reminds me of an old joke....
an elderly couple celebrating their anniversary went on a cruise. Everything was wonderful...they settled in, unpacked, dressed for dinner..dined at the captains table, danced..just perfect. When they were getting ready for bed.., the husband said to his wife..'up or down'. To his surprise, his wife pulled him into the lower bunk and screwed his brains out. The next day was just as glorious as could be, and after another evening of dining and dancing they returned to their cabin...and the same thing happened. The husband said to his wife..'up or down', and again she grabbed him and pulled him into bed and screwed his brains out! Well, the next day they went home. That night as they were getting ready for bed, the husband figured since it worked so well on the cruise he'd try it at home. He turned to his wife and said 'up or down'. She gave him a glazed look and said 'what ever are you talking about?' To which he replied 'on the cruise...getting ready for bed, and i asked you 'up or down'? 'Oh, my, his wife said...i had forgotten to bring along my hearing aid. i thought you were saying 'fuck or drown'.
