I contacted Biden, Feinstein, Richardson.
I was very civil and polite with all three of their offices. I followed up with e-mails.

Basically I informed them of the following:

I am very saddened that they chose to air their disagreement with Dr. Dean in such a public manner. It cannot help the Democratic Party to do what they did since the opposition is already attempting to exploit it. At a time when the opposition and their spokespersons are saying so many outrageous things about Democrats wouldn't the energy they expended on publically criticizing Dr. Dean be better put towards the lies, equivocations, and dissembling of the opposition party? I ended by saying that I supported Dr. Dean and everything he has said.

I also contacted Rep. Pelosi's office and thanked her for supporting Dr. Dean.

Further, I contacted the Democratic National Party and got through to Dr. Dean's office. I had a nice chat with the woman there. I basically asked her to relay to Dr. Dean that there are millions who "have his back" on this. She said, "it's been quite a day" and that my call was a nice end of the day.

Apparently, calls to Biden are overwhelmingly in support of Dean.

1. Biden is a fool. Howard Dean is the energy in the democratic party.
Really, he's put the fight back in people. He's stiffened a lot of spines of average Joe democrats. Except amongst the appeasers in the party sitting comfy and cosy in Washington. Biden is a prime example.

2. The last time Biden criticized Dean, sent him a letter saying...
he was cowardly sell out whore, and when Dean talks, he should salute.

4. Good for you. Got his e-mail address?
I suppose I could fish around for it. In fact, I really should. I think we all should, that is if we believe Dr. Dean has been the shot in the arm this lame ass party needed.

8. Okay, here's my e-mail. It's sent.
Senator Biden:

The purpose of this e-mail is to respectfully request that, as a high profile member of the Democratic party, you refrain from publically dissing the current leader of the DNC and the former Governor of Vermont, Howard Dean. Doctor Dean has been exactly what this party needed. Other than a few dems like Conyers, Boxer, and the always dependable Ted Kennedy, the rest of the party has turned into republican-lite enablers of a tragically corrupt and disastrous administration. You know, those guys who got us into a war base on LIES. Those guys who use religion as an excuse for the horribly immoral and obscene things that they do. The same bunch who use fake terror alerts as an excuse to further erode our freedoms and rights. The people who are the subject of the Downing Street Meeting Minutes.

The only thing Howard Dean said wrong was that the republican party is the party of white Christians. To be more precise he should have said that it is the party of white psuedo-Christians who are anything but Christlike. They can justify greed, bigotry, can call for the death of another human being and they do it under the guise of religion.

Dr. Dean has made the American people, the democratic supporters from Anywhere U.S.A., feel like there is a reason to fight, to support our party, to donate, to speak out. He's exactly what we need at this time. We are becoming energized more and more everyday. The young love him, and people like myself who had given up on the party have respect for this man who has the guts to tell it like it is and to face the party of Tom DeLay and Bill Frist and tell truth about what a bunch of liars they are. DeLay is a criminal and Bill Frist has forgotten that he was sent to Washington to 'represent', not dictate.

Please sir, actions like yours, Pelosi's, Edwards', and Obama's is why we are on the outside looking in. I don't even mention Joe Lieberman because he's not really a democrat. He's like Ben Nelson of my own state of Nebraska. A republican in democratic clothing.

My name

we are willing to watch Dr. Dean's back. I am proud of us.

SAMPLE:

If you're a Democrat, then let a guy who is universally understood to represent average people do his Goddamned job, and let your failed vison of of the party as "Republican-lite" die the miserable death it deserves. This attitude got us John Kerry and what the hell did he get us?

Four mour years of Bush.

When will you guys learn?

that. Have you seen this? I just got if off buzzflash.com. I rememeber this..

"John Danforth is an angry Democrat
by John in DC - 6/8/2005 10:34:00 PM"

"Gee, John Danforth is one angry Democrat. Oh, that's right. He's a former GOP Senator and not a Democrat at all. But, oh my, he criticizes the Republican party as being the party of conservative Christians. But, isn't that what Howard Dean said? I'm so confused. Why isn't the MSM all angry at John Danforth too?

From Danforth's excellent NYT op ed earlier this year:

By a series of recent initiatives, Republicans have transformed our party into the political arm of conservative Christians...."
