He has been saying that he and Tony Blair exhausted all options before launching the Iraq invasion.

The truth is that the French and some other members of the United Nations were telling the Liar that if the inspectors could have 60 more days to check for WMDs the UN would back our invasion.
Had this sensible choice been accepted, thousands of Iraqis would still be alive as well as hundreds of Americans and coalition-of-the-bribed-and-coerced troops.
Don't let any of your friends or family think, "We exhausted all our options".
