5. Use Weekly Radio Address to give Americans a Van Halen two-fer

4. Get Saddam to switch to boxers

3. Ditch the Librarian and make Eva Longoria First Lady

2. Resign.

1. Jump on Oprah's couch while professing his love for Katie Holmes

7. It's beginning folks...
We have been crying for Bush to go for a long time now, and most people have generally ignored us, but the media attention on Bush's failures have been growing lately.

I know this was Letterman, but how often does he put two or three truthful remarks like this in his top ten?
