Marginal GOP seats in the House
We need to make up a target list for 2006 so we can know where to focus attention. I know Hyde's seat and is open and he only won by 12 points last time.

1. Mark Green in Wisconsin isn't running for re-election
He's going to be running for governor. There is an opportunity there if the Dems can get going. Traditionally a conservative area, but we have elected Democrats in the past.
