Revoked Privileges? How about RIGHT, Mr. Sensenbrenner.
Edited on Tue Jun-14-05 07:32 PM by Tamyrlin79
Some of the people at the judiciary committee are answering the phones and telling people that Democrats were a denied a meeting room because they keep dubbing their "forums" official hearings, that they were warned and have now lost privileges.

How DARE they? HOW FUCKING DARE THEY??? This burns me up SO fricking much.

Reserving a room in the capital is not a privilege for members of congress. That building and every room in it is public property. It is not a "privilege" for a member of congress to reserve a room; It is a *RIGHT*. They have the Right as a public representative (minority or majority) to schedule and use those rooms on PUBLIC PROPERTY for whatever meeting or subject they want to schedule and use it for. And, as for calling meetings "official", they can call it whatever the hell they want to. For the democrats, it IS official. These are our OFFICIALS holding a HEARING on things and subjects of interest to them. And they have every right to do so. So what if the Republicans aren't there and don't participate. Not like they would listen or take action anyway. Would they be happier if we called it an "official Democratic hearing on..."??? Not bloody likely.

1. Sensenbrenner is an ASS
I hope his constituents in Wisconsin get to see the judiciary committee tape from a few days ago when he cried like a little girl with a skinned knee, took his toys and stormed home like the spoiled brat he is. Shit, If I saw Pelosi or Boxer act like that, they would permanently lose my vote, thank god they don't.

3. This should be setting the hair of every patriotic American in this
country on fire.

First Sensenbrenner throws his hissy fit and shuts down hearings on a matter of public business (the frigging Patriot Act, no less). Second, the sneaky bastards hold a secret meeting to discuss that obscenity and now third, they are denying the people of the democratic party and their representatives access to buildings we helped pay to build and certainly have to pay to maintain.

No Fat Fu*k, it isn't the democrats that have lost 'privileges' because these are RIGHTS, which you are apparently to ingorant to understank. But you may very well turn the tide and help defeat republicans in the 2006 elections. You know why fatso? Because it is a privilege for you to serve. One that may be revoked.

6. The PRIVILEGE of representative democracy is REVOKED.
The republican majority has so declared it! Democracy suspended.

You asked if our government lied to us to drag us into war. That tears it. No more play-democracy for you.

7. Send crybaby Sensenbrenner a kleenex
I did. I know it won't make a difference, but I feel a little better.
