Email I just sent CSPAN re: DSM Coverage..

Dear CSPAN,
I am writing to ask for your consideration in moving coverage of the Downing Street Memo hearings to CSPAN or CSPAN2. This is extremely important information that needs to be broadcast to as many people as possible. Personally, I feel that this issue will not get the coverage it deserves by airing solely on CSPAN3.

Will anyone at CSPAN read this ~ prolly not, but I at least I let 'em know how I feel.

I eamiled them yesterday, asking them to televise the hearing but it was deleted without being read. There were no attatchments or html's so I don't know why they did that. I'm hoping it was because so many DUer's emailed them about the hearing that they just had enough.

As there are a lot of taxpayers who may not have access to either C-Span 3 or a computer, will C-Span air this very newsworthy event on C-Span 1 or 2, as well?

Put your succinct request in the subject header, not the body. They can't avoid seeing it that way.

6. I seriously doubt they will move the Conyers' hearing to CSPAN1 or 2.

At 2:30PM EST they should be covering the House & Senate. At least that's the story you will get. Reruns will most likely take place in the dead of the night.

But you can also count on some Patriots posting coverage elsewhere on the web. I think symbolman is going to tape the hearing & put on his website, http://www.dembloggers.com/

You may not be able to see it live, but it will be available for general consumption provided * doesn't shut down the internets.
