I thought the question was unusual given the warm fuzzies they usually send. However, it occurred to me that "elevating the discourse" to that group must mean raising the decibels of shouting in reaction to their policies. I can't twist that phrase any which way to get what they put out there to mean that people are encouraged to have meaningful and productive political discourse.
