We have had significant number of major scandals during AWOL's terms and nothing seems to stick. Going down the list -- asleep during 9/11; Enron; Cheney Energy Task Force; Valerie Plame / Joe Wilson; unguarded ammo dumps in Iraq.... The list goes on and on and AWOL just skates away.
