I had wanted to listen to Randi Rhodes today.........

But Hubby and I had a few errands to run, I took along my transistor radio...yeah they still have them around, It was an m&ms radio :) Tuned to AAR and Randi Rhodes.

When we finally arrived at the store, I was going to leave the radio in the car, but my husband said "No way, I want to hear this...and it would do whoever is in that store good to hear the truth as well." He grabbed the radio, switched it on, and marched into the store with it. My mouth was on the floor. I had to run to catch up to him, he was determined.

It was just at the time of Randi's passioned rant about Terri Shiavo. Well those in the store that happened to be around heard it. You can sense the unease there...but there was a couple people that actually stood at our shopping cart and listened, Hubby was right, it is time that the rest of America hears the truth.

Btw, I have a little Radio Shack transistor radio. I use it at night with a pillow speaker. I can tell you that with it tuned to AAR all night, I've had some interesting dreams. I think especially when Morning Sedition is on. :hi:

6. lol Truth located on Isle 7!

I was shocked at my Hubby, I didn't expect him to do this. I also didn't know how it would be received. I am in the Denver area, I know there are progressives out here, but Colorado is predominately red.

But truth knows no color, Red or Blue, black or white...truth is truth. And what better way of delivery than Randi, She speaks truth with heart and soul.

Her show today had me angry and in tears. We have to somehow get our country back.

I live too far away. But I do listen to it on the computer at work and I've had quite a few people ask where they could find the station and how they could listen at home.

play a recording of the program...a thought. Wished AAR was nation wide.

Randi was so supurb today, it all came from the heart. There is no denying what she felt. I choked with both anger and saddness at what has happened to our country.

It's time to take it back. Even with steps like these. I was so proud of my Hubby... I was so proud of him, after I got over the shock.
