What the hell does that mean? Why don't they ask about a 'full troop withdrawal'?
I'll tell you why. The Bush administration wants to keep those permanent bases they've been building in Iraq (under an agreement with the puppet government). MSNBC is avoiding asking about 'full troop withdrawal', because the word must already be out among the media popinjays that we're going to be staying in Iraq indefinitely.
