Gene Burns mentioned DSM on KGO in SF

Started off his 8pm monologue talking about a caller who left a voice message this morning urging him to watch CSPAN.

He didn't watch it, but invited Conyers to be a guest on his show tonight. Unfortunately, and deservedly so, JC declined due to his schedule.

Burns then went on to say that we are nowhere near impeaching * and that what Clinton did was so much more worse. Clinton lied under oath to Congress, whereas the dumbass war policy did not constitute high crimes and treason.

One note: Burns claims to be a libertarian, but if you listen to more than 1 hour of his show at all, he is clearly a repub in the closet hiding behind a large vocabulary and ego.

At least he mentioned it; good for him!

Like you said, Gene Burns CLAIMS to be a Libertarian...but it's amazing how he dug the Patriot Act. And Chimpy....and Dick....

Sometimes I think some people say they are "Libertarians" because they are too embarrassed to admit they are really Country Club Repugs.
