This will come in real handy. Havocdad bought one of those big rolls of stamps they sell at Costco. He didn't realize how big a roll it was and now mutters that the rates will go up long before we get part way through all the stamps.

5. Not To Be A Wet Blanket, But...

Are they still holding mail back for Anthrax scanning or whatever? I remember awhile back, that letters could take over a month to hit the congress person's desk because of this delay.

Not that you still can't write letters, but we were told back then that if it was something immediate, use the phone. Is this still true?

7. USE POSTCARDS. I'm not sure if the letters delay is still in effect

or not but postcards go through without a problem and are chaper, too!
