Did I just hear CNN right? (Jeb Bush comment)

Was just watching Inside Politics, and they mentioned how "Possible contender for the 08 race Jeb Bush" made a statement, now, after the Schivo results, that he wants to know why it took so long for her husband Michael to call 911.
So, okay, a few things. I'm assuming he's talking about how long it took to make the call at the time of the original accident; this now, after years and years, and the controversy insanity earlier this year. So, Jeb is saying this now, in response to the autopsy results. That's just disgusting. As if the poor woman, her family (husband, parents, etc) had not been made into political issues enough, Jeb sees it fit to try and--childishly, indecently-- "get the last word in" with malicious garbage such as this? I see comments like this fit to call for his resignation as governor.
So, I'm just making sure that I heard this all right... Anyone else know more? Thanks.
