Ghraib. Saw this on Buzzflash, and hopefully this is the link, www.boingboing.net then in the search type Abu Ghraib. This story is a year old! Where are these tapes? Does Congress know about this???

this has been known for some time - yes perhaps a year.

Apparently the tapes were ordered released, and that deadline approaches in the upcoming week.

George W will be addressing the nation on June 28. That is according to Randi Rhodes' program.

this is old news, everybody knew they were raping children at Abu Ghraib

When the story first hits the press they ignore it until it reaches a fever pitch through the Internet(s). Then when they can't ignore it any longer they declare it "old news." :argh:

i cannot imagine what's going to happen in the wake of this.

something tells me there will be either a limited release or last-minute override of the release.
