Her job is to blather on with the company line. You can't budge her off it, and you never get usable information out of her that doesn't come from a hundred other sources.

I have no idea why she is given so much air time to tell us stuff that everyone already knows, when there's so much new information out there that could be broadcast.

A lady (I think she is the editor of Nation) began reporting that high ranking US military had a meeting seriously concluding we must pull out of the Geneva Conventions or risk trial as war criminals. Naturally George cut her off.

Republican Senator Chuck Hagel is quoted here:

Whaddya say, Condi? Is Sen. Hagel right? Are you just making it up as you go along? Are we really losing in Iraq? Do you have any connection at all with reality?

Now THAT would make for an interesting interview!
