My, the repuglies fear Howard Dean! |
|
Dean was my choice for President, and he is a man who speaks the truth. I remember him saying that the crucial time for questioning intelligence was back before the war began. He was the anti-war frontrunner in the Democratic party. Gov. Dean had sound enough judgment to not give Bush a blank check to pursue a war in Iraq.
He is what our party needs. He is the lightning rod that revs us up. :applause:

1. Hmmm, I get just the opposite. |
|
I know alot of Republicans. They think Dean is good for Republicans. Who knows....
I certainly do not wanted to get involved in the who for '08 arguments but I am afraid Dean does not have a prayer.

3. Have a prayer of what? |
|
He's said he's not running in '08. I believe him. I also think he speaks for the millions of us who are tired of the namby-pamby Joe Bidens of the party, and I think the repukes are frightened of his power. That's why they try constantly to paint him as crazy. http://www.cafepress.com/scarebaby/665903

2. So why is it when Rethugs say bad things about Hillary they are right |
|
but when they say bad things about Dean they are wrong.
I love both Hillary and Dean.
I think the Rethugs fear them both.

It makes me sick about that garbage that has been written about Hillary! The book is packed with lies. http://mediamatters.org/items/200506070007

5. Any repuke who says Dean is good for their party |
|
is lying in an effort to get Dems not to support Dean. It is very clear that repukes are afraid of anyone who tells the truth and wont back down. The only way to fight a bully is to stand up to him. Despite what your parents may have told you, ignoring a bully will not make him go away.

It is a typical Rove tactic. He has been doing it since his early nerd days in Texas before he was a client of Jeff Gannon's.

Why would they tell us how Dean is hurting the Dem. party if they weren't afraid of him - what, do they want to help us? yeah, right.
The repugs and their corporate whore media did everything they could, along with Kerry (who I then voted for, by default) to discredit him and try to make him a laughing stock by making fun of his "scream." A local radio station here owned by clear channel kept playing Dean's yell over and over and over, laughing and making fun of him. Just like what those lying swifty-bastards tried to do, and did in the eyes of many, many American's, to discredit Kerry's honorable military service.
Personally, I'd rather have a president who stands up for the people and gets them involved and enthused, so what if he yelled (so many people said how terrible it was, and "un-presidential" and embarrassing). They printed three whole books of shrub's mis-quotes, and the ignorant things he says aren't embarrassing? I am horrified when I see and hear him speak - he may be some Americans' president, but he's not my president!
I guess they'd rather have a president who used his family connections to leap over the heads of hundreds of people in front of him to get in the National Guard and avoid going to Vietnam? And who is a liar and a murderer who has sent thousands of young American's to their deaths, and hundreds of thousands of Iraqis? Who over and over and over again blatantly protects the elite interests at the expense of the overwhelming majority of us? our economy, our environment, our freedoms?
I guess that all pales in comparison with a "primal scream" in the heat of a political speech to college kids.

8. Yeah, and Democrats fear Alan Keyes. |
|
I'm not sure if Dean's incendiary remarks do us a lot of good in the red states. But then again, there has been a lot of red meat about Bush in the press, and his numbers are sinking, so maybe I'm wrong.
