How did the senate vote on Bolton?
Which Democrats voted for or against him?

1. The vote for cloture was denied
Bolton was blocked. I don't have the final tally, many members did not vote. But Voinavich & Jeffords voted 'no', that is, to not end debate.

2. Bush will have to appoint him in recess if this continues. He will
be in that way until about January 1, 2007. Lucky us.
