then he doesn't know the Fascists. They'll make it worse. They'll demand he resign. Durbin will be less able to defend himself because he admitted what he did was wrong.

The only thing that stops these smears is when people get bored and the smear stops running on cable.

Nobody made an issue of the propagandists playing doctored tapes of Durbin or lying about what Durbin said. When will these guys learn to attack back? That's when these smears will stop.
