Mrs. Cindy Sheehan on Hardball laid it all out - her son died in Iraq
and she actually said it was a phony war, that our own government doesn't support our troops, that they are paid $2000 a month to protect private workers, Halliburton, who make a $1000 a day..that Bush had plans to attack Iraq from the moment he was in office and lied to us, and molded intel to fit the reasons to go to war, she mentioned the Downing Street Memo....and that not one American should be over there...that it's important not to support our government when it's wrong and to tell it's wrong...she was terriffic...and who could say anything against her when her son gave his life as a soldier in Iraq!!

So I sent this e mail to Hardball.

"Bravo Mrs Cindy Sheehan and please tell her that
more of us agree with her than she can know. I remember Vietnam well, and I dont know anyone, not anyone, who doesn't believe we were lied to, and exactly as Mrs. Sheehan spoke so eloquently, that the invasion was planned against Iraq from the moment he and Cheney got in office, (PNAC letters and statements even while Clinton was President) that the Bush administration intel was molded to support the neo-cons faux reasons for going to war...and that we don't belong there and not one American should be dying for Bush and Cheney and Halliburton and other oil companies. Let them hire their own armies with their billions instead of wasting the life and
blood of our children.

And by the way, why aren't any of the administration's children fighting in Iraq, such as George Bush's nephew, obviously of the right age to be in uniform????"

Chris Matthews wasn't there, or she probably would have been cut off,

This is our chance to let the mouthpieces for Wash DC in the media to know exactly how we feel about Bush and his cronies and this illegal war.

2. Freepers are already calling her a "traitor"
Like they did when Pat Tillman's parents demanded answers from the Army re. his death.

16. And, freepers are hypocrites...
for not enlisting. I saw a bumper-sticker the other day that, I think says it all...even though I'm back and forth on Kerry---It said: I support the troops, I voted for one.

10. I spoke to her at great length before she appeared on my show.
She is ultra-sincere, totally honest, and an absolute patriot. Its not "my country right or wrong". If my country is wrong she is to be put right again and Cindy is touting that message and I applaud her for doing so.

17. My Email to hardball...
Thanks for letting this women get her message out. It is a painful lesson in the sacrifice of committing our troops.

This is why it is so important that we as a country know the truth before allowing our leaders to start wars on our behalf.

We were deceived, and you should be doing more to expose the deception.

Sincerely,

xxx xxxxxxxx

It would be great if Gregory remained on Hard Ball. He is so much better than Tweety.
