Flags should be made out of non-flammable material
I made this proposition in another thread. I'm tired of RWers trying to use the Constitution to push their agenda. If the Republicans are serious about "protecting" the flag, all they have to do is pass a statute to have flags made out of non-flammable material.

Stupid Republicans!!!

1. No kidding. Pat Schroeder said that years ago. Makes better sense than
what they're passing now.

6. That's the question you should be asking the Republicans
who are pushing the Flag-burning amendment...

5. Made in China...
Does this flag burning ban extend to those wonderful little plastic American flags made in China?

Oh, and shouldn't they start in their own party? What about their porn star that has desecrated the flag on the box of one of her morally righteous movies?

Sorry, feeling a little mad at the world and out of sorts tonight!
