Oh let me count the ways I'd love to bitchslap this guy by dragging him through all nine levels of Dante's Inferno, and leaving him to rot on the lowest rung. Regretably, I've recently as two weeks ago, beat on Santorum in a published letter to the Pittsburgh Post Gazette.

So tell me, how would you respond to the letter below? And if you want to, the link to the PG address is at the end.

Okay, buckle your seat belt, because this letter has been spun with a very broad brush, and aches from someone to knock this guy from his scaffold.

Now that Democratic Chairman Howard Dean has made being white and Christian an epithet, and Democratic Sen. Richard Durbin has likened American soldiers to Nazis, I guess you have to wonder who should feel comfortable in the Democratic Party.

Since Dean is ceding Christians (which includes blacks, Hispanics, Asians and whites) and whites (which includes Jews) to the Republican Party, who does that leave for the Democrats?

Atheists. And Islamist fanatics.

I'll take that deal.

I encourage all patriotic, religious Democrats to change their registration to Republican as soon as possible.

3. Glad to see that Gary Young has adopted

the "pick and choose" and "creative quoting" habits from the Top of the Party, where selecting intelligence - citing facts out of context so that they are really no longer factual - in order to win points (or send a country to war.)

Following the lead of Dick Cheney and Bill Frist to refer to democrats as "The Other Religion", Mr. Young appears to be fusing GOD, to a particular political party, without recognizing the arrogance it takes for any single human being to presume to know the mind of God.

Rest assured - for those interested in Dr. Deans full statement, it is available (list source), and for those concerned about the fusion of a very narrow view of Christianity with a political party please join the millions of main stream Christians who are Democrats, Independents and often former republicans.
