I've been wanting to knit a sweater and send it to Osama. He always looks so cold and bedraggled in those videos.

Maybe if we showed him some understanding and some kindness he wouldn't be so mean all the time. And why not invite all those Iraqi insurgents to a big barbeque (no pork, of course!). We could all sit down together and discuss our differences over a big plate of cole slaw and potato salad.

And we could have counselors there, just like at summer camp. And when it's over we could all hold hands and sing "Kumbaya."
