140 of the good guys (including the six with perfect voting records) voted against the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2006. It would be nice to find out what's wrong with it now rather than a year from now when the media figures it out.

Was this one of the bills calling for psychological screening of children?
